Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Len is a seasoned talent acquisition executive and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience building high-performing recruiting organizations and trusted executive networks. He launched and scaled a full-time search business for a global staffing firm, creating a high-growth new revenue line while hiring, training, and leading teams of recruiters. He later led worldwide executive and technical hiring at Aryaka, driving growth across 10+ countries and partnering closely with business leaders to build innovative, scalable talent strategies.

Known for his consultative approach, market insight, and ability to connect with leaders across the AEC and technology sectors, he partners with executives to design efficient, relationship-driven search strategies that deliver transformative leadership and specialized talent.
