Len is a seasoned talent acquisition executive and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience building high-performing recruiting organizations and trusted executive networks. He launched and scaled a full-time search business for a global staffing firm, creating a high-growth new revenue line while hiring, training, and leading teams of recruiters. He later led worldwide executive and technical hiring at Aryaka, driving growth across 10+ countries and partnering closely with business leaders to build innovative, scalable talent strategies.
